Shipping and Returns


Australian Delivery: 
Flat rate of $5 shipping, Australia wide on any fashion purchase.  Homewares incur a $15 freight charge.
We use Sendle to courier orders - all orders are provided a tracking number upon shipment -
if you are not home the courier has the authority to leave in a safe place.  If you don't think you will be home, please provide a business address so we can ship safely to your place of work. 
We use Australia Post if you have a PO Box or live regionally.  Again, tracking will be provided.
 International Delivery:  
A flat rate of $30 Australian applies.  All items are shipped by Australia Post and are fully trackable.  Depending where you live, your item may take between 7 and 21 days to be delivered.  Please keep this in mind when making an international purchase.  We ship immediately, but it is then out of our hands how the package is processed through customs etc..
Instore Pickup : 
If you select instore pickup, we will get your order ready and have it waiting in our store room for you.  You will receive notification when it is ready.
 
Returns & Replacements
   Not happy with your purchase?   We do offer refunds* for online purchases only. All purchases in-store can be exchanged for another item or returned for a store credit. Please note we do not offer exchanges or returns on final sale items.

*Items must be returned at your cost in perfect condition with swing tags attached.  Please note this must be done within 7 days of purchase.  There are no refunds given on sale items or earrings. 
If you feel an item we have sent is faulty, please contact us immediately at online@attitudesboutique.com.au - If items are deemed faulty we will cover the return postage and refund you fully.
