- Please wash and inspect the clothes you want us to sell. They must be clean and in good condition, fit for sale. and we reserve the right to refuse garments that we deem are not fit for sale.
- We will price your goods. Price will be based on research and experience. We do welcome some input but our decision is final
- Once priced, goods are security tagged and displayed instore.
- Goods are sold in two ‘phases’ . Phase 1 is five weeks at full price, phase 2 is two weeks at half price. You will be contacted regarding unsold stock at the end of the 7 week period to collect or agree to have stock given to a charity.
- At the completion of the 7 week period, you will have 1 week to collect remaining goods or advise. Goods will then pass into our title.
- You can collect your goods from the store at any time during the 7 week period, except if they have already been sold or put on hold by a customer. Please give us 24 hrs notice to get your items ready for collection.
- Attitudes Preloved will receive 50% of the sale price plus a $0.50 handling charge per item sold.
- You will be paid each Tuesday for any items sold the previous week, along with an itemised statement of goods sold. Public holidays may delay payment by 24 hours
- payment will be made into your nominated account via EFT
- By entering into the agreement to consign your items with Attitudes Preloved, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions
